So I just got in to working out seriously, and I've noticed my arms look a little weird, at least to me. The top picture seems normal, but when I look at my arm from the top it seems...flat. Is this normal? Or is there something I can do to make it thicker?
Look up how the tricep muscle looks. The lateral head is responsible for the "thickness" of the arm. You need to build the lateral head more. Tricep volume in general should do this. Do some extensions/skull crushers but watch wear on the elbow
