Do any of you have any tanning advice, stories or info?
I have type 2 or 3 skin and want to get a decent but not ridiculous, full body tan. I have only ever had a tan on my face and arms.

So I can't do the proper squat, I always end up squatting on my toes and because of that I just don't squat anymore.

K fit, I have a problem.
My knees are weak as fuck, and everytime I squat (even bodyweight squats) it sounds like rice crispies being crushed to pieces.
I tried to strenghten them doing lunges, but it doesn't look like it is helping.

I loved running before I moved to this new city. Due to work the only time I can run is before 05:30 AM or after 11:00 PM, since it's a incredible shitty neighborhood both options are inviable. So I thought if I could run in place. Of course I'm not talking about running in place as an ultra marathon training. My concern is the lack of cardio I have in my life.
Is this a good option? Also indoor cardio general.
