Are there any exercises to fix your posture that actually fucking work?
I do plenty of lifting. Squats, deadlifts, overhead press, high pulls, rows... Plenty of back and shoulders lifts...
But nothing is fixing my posture. I'll try anything at this point. What has worked for you guys?
How fast can you run a mile /fit/?
I hit a personal best of 7:45 today and feel pretty good. It's not fast by a runners/athletes standards I'm sure, but I've always been fast at short distances and sucked wind at long distances. Since I had knee surgery a year ago, my goal is to not run long distance, but run a mile as fast as I can.

Work is killing my gains.
While loading boxes at UPS is intense cardio for 4 hours five nights a week, the 5ish hours of sleep I get between work and school is killing me.
I've been eating a shitload to try my best to substitute, but can't I recover.
My knees, neck, back, and shoulders have been falling apart to the point that I can't lift heavy without stressing my joints.
wat do? new job? it's paying for school but i miss my 1.5/2.5/3.25/3.85
You need to figure out a way to get more rest. I take a nap in between working preload and going to school. Also make sure you are lifting properly while working. A lot of people get in such a hurry, for obvious reason, that their form goes to crap and they waste energy.
1. Are McDonalds meals, dare I say it, really fucking great for /fit/izens? If you have water instead of cola then what's wrong with them? Buying chicken breasts or lots of fish or whatever you guys talk about is expensive and requires time to cook. They are also really low in calories per grammes.
2. Are back squats superior to front squats in any meaningful way? Is it fine to do only front squats or is it dumb? My flexibility is fine but front squats feel so much more comfortable. Even a high bar back squat feels unnatural in comparison, and more dangerous if you fall forward.
Do you think I could get buff off eating these?
Think about it -- how the hell do prisoners get so jacked from eating the garbage they're being fed.
Anyone have any experience with getting rhinoplasty? I've always had a large nose, and finally saved enough money for the procedure.
