For the cheating frauds, how long did you lift before you starting using?
What was your first cycle like?
I don't mean just how did you lifts improve, but how what did it feel like and how fast did you grow? I've heard some people say you can see yourself grow daily.
Lifted naturally 2 years before hopping on. First cycle was 500mg Test E for 14 weeks, 40mg Dbol for the first 4 weeks. Went from 5'9 170 to 215. Dropped down to 195 after the water weight was gone. Lifts went up an insane amount, actually didn't push it too hard because I was afraid of injury putting on that much size and strength so fast. I felt amazing the whole time once I got my estrogen at a stable level. I blew the fuck up around the 5th-6th week and kept growing steadily until the 12th week then it slowed off a bit.
Does it mean i have high test if i have nipples like that but have never touched gear?

Anyone else feels crippling depression on rest days? I have always suffered from depression, but on the rest days its so unbearable. I don't have the strength even to get out of my house. All I'm thinking about is suicide, and how ugly this life is. The only reason I wont kill myself is because I don't want to make the 2-3 people who care about me sad, and I also don't want to waste those gains I have worked so hard for

Don't bother with meds yet. Drink water, take vitamin D and b, and St johns wort. Start creating small goals to get yourself actually doing something.

Firstly, nobody will look good after 4-6 months of working out.
SS will get you a lot stronger than you were when you started, which provides a good base to do effective workouts with in future.
Being able to lift more, means your higher rep workouts will be more effective in helping you gain muscle.
Lifting 8-12 reps with fuccboi weights will not do a great deal. But getting a strength base first will help you get more from your workouts, so SS helps in that regard. Just do SS for a few months then switch to a routine more catered to your goals.
