is Zac a sick cunt?
If by sick cunt you mean cheating faglord then you're spot on.
Just another fool who is so concerned with his looks that he destroys his body to do it. The ego on that man must be enormous.
>implying Zac isn't natty
t. mad sad cunt
I dont want to be "alpha" or whatever you call it.I just want to have normal human relationships and dont have hard time going out even for the simplest thing or having hard time and feeling awkward while talking with people.
>inb4 just do it
If it was this easy i was not going to make this thread in the first place
Just do it, you'll get accustomed to it and that's that.
You can also lose this "ability": If you are on holidays for, say, 3 weeks, and do nothing but shitpost on 4chan during that time, your problems will return to a degree.
So yeah, it's all about getting accustomed to it.
Depends on how old you are?
I am nearly 29. Have been shut-in since high-school. Although I recently started online university and attend exams in person. After a couple years lifting at my local gym I ended up buying my own gym setup at home, so I don't I basically never leave the house now unless I am doing exams.
If you're under 21 you have a good chance, if you're under 25 if you have some chance. If you're 25+ you don't really have any chance and you'll need to figure out away around the system to get things done.
Why do you want me squat?
I am really sick and tired of being labelled as deviant for not conforming to /fit/s values. I wont take it anymore.
I get really sick when I'm working out at the gym. I see black sploches, become pale, and end up nearly passing out causing me to sit in the bathroom for 20 mins in order to recover. Especially when I'm using machines. What am I doing wrong? How can I avoid this?
I use sprints as my leg day am I dumb?
Also 1-2 mile runs on push/pull days. THOTs?
Hi guys, do you have stretch marks and if you do , how are you feeling about them?
My body is full of stretch marks and I hate them so much, I feel like I look like a freak.
My gf has stretch marks in the same place as pic related. She was never fat, has always been slim, but I think they look kinda sexy. They're not as bad as the pic, though, only like four marks.
>join new gym
>comes with free personal trainer sessions
>since I honestly have no idea if I'm doing any of this shit right, and it's free, I figure what the hell
>my PT's instagram is full of obnoxious inspirational quotes and meme exercises
>seriously what the fuck is Tabata and why should I give a shit?
What the hell have I gotten myself into? I just know this woman isn't gonna be helpful at all.
Tabata is a hiit protocol. It's really interesting and can produce fantastic results. Inspirational quotes are a bad sign, but if they can properly guide people through tabata and know when it's appropriate, you probably have a non shit trainer, at least for general purposes.
>tfw finally hit lmao1pl8 squat
Horrendous form and a lot of "good morning" but I did it, this is still low weight so before I move on working towards lmao2pl8 and risking a trip to snap city I want to fix it, any tips ?
which one of these would you guys recommend? Or is there anything you recommend
Always been a skinny guy so I'm trying to change myself
Are you supposed to stop exercising completely when you're ill?
I picked up a nasty cough a few weeks ago that's developed into bronchitis, I don't feel like I've got the energy to do anything but the lack of activity is getting maddening.
Yeah, you should take some rest. Exercise requires a lot of energy, both during and after training. When you're ill, your body needs to fight whatever you're dealing with. That in conjunction with exercise will only make it worse.
Same goes for the flu and such.
Take a few days rest untill you're feeling all right, then wait another 2 days untill you feel perfectly fine. Those two extra days are to make sure your recovery goes as it should, even if you feel all right, you're not completely healthy again. You're still ill in that case,...

Wait it out. If you have bronchitis then you need to focus on getting better. Stressing your body through exercise (which also needs recovery time) will prolong the recovery period and damage your progress.
Don't tell anyone, but I don't actually belong here, just a lazy /v/irgin after some advice. I've had a week of very heavy rest, after overdoing it a tiny amount in the first week, now I'm just trying to get back into my regular activity so I'm not reading the whole sodding internet every day.
You're probably right though, I should be pushing myself back into my modest routine. Is full on hardcore rest the way to go,...

Hello /fit/ im a 28yo male who decided to go in an tae kwon do club.do any of you have expirience with tae kwon do and what you gernelly think about TKD and fight sport lets do this
It's a meme sport and a fake sport.
They charge too much and wear too much padding. The American Tae Kwon Do association is a bunch of scam artists, too.
Do Muay Thai, (and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for some good ground work)
>fat as fatass

went home and was mad as fuck tbqh
I injured my lower back doing squats a few months back due to not bracing hard enough and tightening my glutes. I'm very flexible and can hit ATG easily but with a very severe butt wink. How bad is this with an injured back if I'm bracing properly and rest of my form is near perfect? Is it not considered ATG if your butt winks? Should I just hit parallel and avoid the butt wink altogether? I'm very lost as to how I should approach this issue.
well /fit/. I've finally decided to get serious about my health and i heard that this was the place to go. my goal is to be a fighter in boxing/muay thai and if you could please give insight on what exercises to do and what food to eat or any other tips it would be much apreciated. let's hope i make it.
>last time i drank water was 3 and a half hour before going to bed
>still went to toilet atleast 3-4 times
>still couldn't fall asleep for 1-2 hours since i had to go to toilet again never felt fully relieved
>woke up a few hours later just to go again
>and then few hours later again...
