I just wanted to lift this gym is so full of the people who used to beat me up in highschool there are no open squat racks fuck me
Short of dnp, what's the fastest method of losing about 40lbs? I lost 120lbs already so I'm no stranger to hard work but I'm just so tired of being overweight. 40 more pounds and I'm healthy, just fucking 40lbs. Summer is in 2 months, I'd like it to be my first healthy summer.
How do I do it /fit/? I just want this shit off me so bad.
You know the answer. Work harder for faster results. You know there isn't a short cut (without health complications). So either choose to work harder, eat less, and sweat more, or hop on DNP and risk dying cause you can't. Your call
ECA stack bro.
I'm on it now, It's been working, but having your resting heart-rate be 30 or more BPM over the norm is something that's not easy to get used to.
I hear magnesium and potassium supplements help with the heart shit. I started on that today, too early to tell.
Yeah, I guess I already knew this. Might just delete the thread to be honest. Being at this awful borderline state is messing with me, I can see my gains but they're marred by the last remnants of a fat child that hated itself. How low do you think I can cut with it still being safe for those 2 months?
Is there a good guide for escaping out of hungry skeleton /auschwitz tier?
Eat a lot of peanut butter and eat until it becomes difficult to take another bite at least once a day. This will help your stomach and after 2-4 weeks you will be able to handle the caloric demands of bulking
What's true about salt, /fit/? I know it's unhealthy to eat alot of it and apparently it causes you to retain water weight, but it seems like every restaurant or packaged food is packed with sodium. How much is too much?
I have been jogging to get in shape for a soccer rec league I signed up for. I've been jogging about 30 minutes a day. My legs are on fire, but that's beside the point.
Question. I like to drink, and I know how many calories that can add up to. I have cut beer from my life, and eliminated sugar as well. I do, however, enjoy about half a bottle (375 mL) of whiskey a day. If i drink it straight or with water, will that ruin my progress?
How do u improve your stamina /fit, rugby season starts soon and my stamina is not as good as i would like it to be. I am 17 yr old 6’0.
Ice Cream Fitness or Candito Linear Aesthetics?
What does /fit/ think of competitive eating?
Hey fit am I too short? 4'10 japanese here and tall guys are so intimidating.
nearly 300 pounds here, ready to actually care for myself, what are some good exercise regimens and diets?
Look at how and what a healthy person eats. Look at the portion sizes. Swim, walking and running will be bad for you knees at that weight.
When you can, start squatting and benching.
Make sure you are losing weight each week.
THE SCALE IS RIGHT. The fat feminists are lying.
everyone here shits on le reddit, but please take a look. https://www.reddit.com/r/loseit/wiki/faq
Yo are going to need to be consistent. That's the most important and hardest part of this journey. You will want to cheat here and there, but you cant. you need to stick with this, for your well being and health.
whats the point of lifting natty if you still look like an average joe clothed even though you have the literal physique of a greek god?
Don't worry op, people can definitely tell if you lift with a shirt on. If you buy good-fitted clothes then people will notice your gains. Don't fall for /fit/s body dismorphia.
"I'll be back soon."
What did he mean by this?
It's pretty confusing. I prefer zyzz's 'We're gonna succeed' desu.
"Whatsoever is required"
"Begin! Let's gain mass!"
"Go away from mankind!"
Is it better to consume my weight in protein or consume my lean body mass in protein?
>tfw you're trying to get to the dumbbell rack to get some weights but some dyel keeps walking in front of it doing lunge-curl-ohp reps
>slamming your babby weights around at the gym instead of lowering them with control
Can't we kill these people already?
Some faggot was dropping the seventy five pound dumbbells doing DB bench and some other fag was dropping his 225lb deadlift. I only drop my DBs when I risk tearing my damn rotator cuff and I still lower them with control
