I'm one of those guys who has a ridiculously small head that only goes well with a lot of hair, i.e. a fucking mop.
When I shave completely, I look like a fucking kid.
I'm afraid being muscular won't go with my face. I know this seems weird, but I'm not the only person who thought that. My friends told me the same several times.
I'm 19 and weigh 105lbs.
Is this achievable natty?
Should I have my creatine before, or after my workout. (I mix it with my protein shake)
I only slept 4 hours last night /fit/ and just got home from 8 hour work day.
Can I drink some energy drink and then go work out? Right now I don't feel like picking up anything.
I almost passed out while Deadlifting:
>do squats and bench-press
>deadlift is next
>do first warm-up set
>feel a little lightheaded after the set, but thats not unusual for me during the first 2 sets
>second set: feel unconmortable
>maybe i should stop - no, dont be a pussi and lift faggot
>do third set, set the bar down
>get up: dizziness, lightheaded, heart is racing, have to support myself against the wall to not fall down
What the fuck happed to me? I never felt so bad before. The weight wasnt even heavy, it was still a warm-up set, but i felt uncomfortable enough to stop the workout and head home. This was about an hour ago, and i still feel a little shaky.
I know it has happened to me because I haven't been breathing properly. It might sound like fatlifter advice, but it's better to take some time between each rep and breathe properly and brace for the next rep than just rushing through your set on one good breath - At least with deadlifts, where the weight is as heavy as it is.
Its called vasovagal reaction (just Wikipedia it) Not something you can really prevent its caused by a multitude of factors coming together. Next time if you feel light headed, just put the weights down, give it some time and try again. You could hurt yourself pretty badly, especially when squatting or when you hit your head on the rack or something.

Just do it OP, don't go on any fad diets or weird shit just do this:
don't consume junk food/drink
eat fresh food
that's literally all you have to do to lose weight

When did it start ? Suddenly or progressively ?
Do you have pain when urinating ? Do you feel like you have to use a lot of force to start peeing? Does your penis slowly pee less and at the end just produce small bits like a few drips every time you put some effort ?

I've tried posting in two dtddtots and got no response but I've just started taking yhcl in the morning with fasted cardio but I've been fallowing the lean gains protocol and take bcaas before hand and knowing that yohimbine doesn't work if you have an insulin spike and bcaa cause a slight insulin spike should I stop taking them with my yhcl?
Also, is 2 hours long enough to wait after taking my full does of yhcl to go into an ec stack?
How is your day arranged exactly? BCAA is low cal but it gives a high insulin spike anyway. Doesnt last long though so its not that bad but its suboptimal.
IIRC berkhan has a separate guideline on how to arrange shit if you take YHCL, google it up
