if I ate 3000 calories and double my bodyweight in protein every day and did 100 pushups/squats with dumbells/calf raises with dumbells/ and weighted pullups daily how quickly would I see results?
Why double your bodyweight? That's literally wasting money on whatever source of protein you choose. Some people here are going to advocate 1g/lb, while technically the suggested amount is .5-.8g/lb. Don't double your weight, it WILL NOT speed up the process in any way.

Guys i need some advice. Basically me and my girlfriend were really happy, but recently she's started going to the gym. she said she was unhappy with how she looked, even though i re-assured her she was beautiful to me.
I didnt know too much about the gym, i usually run but thats about it. So recently shes started hanging around with this guy at the gym, apparently its just until she gets comfortable.
I dont want to come across as insecure, but im worried something might be going on. She goes to the gym most evenings and im left at home by myself. Sometimes she'll get dinner with him afterwards. ive asked if i could come along, but she always says she doesnt know what time she'll be done at the gym.
Is this normal? i just want my girlfriend back, ive spent so much time on this relationship.
