so i started taking whey protein last year and since then iv been losing hair to the point that my friends started to notice. iv always thought that oh well its my genetics . until today when i was reading that actual researches showed that whey isolate can cause hair loss and baldness.so its not only creatine who does this its THE FUCKING WHEY ISOLATE TOO. im stopping it even though it will effect my lifts but im not going to get costanzaed . its a tough choice

Trashy "hot" girls with trashy/fat/ugly guys is common. She has major baggage and dirty skeletons in her closet and this guy is beta enough to take her in.
Not to mention I'm willing to be she has a ugly vagina of Arby's roast beef proportions. Its the equivalent of a guy with a tiny dick only able to get an ugly girl.
So i need some advice /fit/. im trying to gain a few pounds (5-10) of muscle before the end of June, the problem is, its really hard for me to gain any weight at all. right now im 6 foot 150lbs and no matter what i do i dont seem to be able to gain muscle. i have recently started drinking 25g protein shakes every day to try and help. Is that enough protein for someone with a crazy high metabolism? if not then what would be a good amount if i want to gain a few pounds of muscle in a few months?

Because I feel an immense need to reward myself after doing good for a whopping 5 days. Cut 2500 calories during the week days, then drink 2500 calories worth of beer. It's a tradition by now.

I have pinky-ring-middle, no index. Is this right for deadlifts or am I tard?

In Judo and BJJ all of my coaches say your lapel grip comes from your middle and ring fingers curling, but take that as you will, a lapel != a bar
You should be fine, but I'd check out strengthening your grip on your other hand and using straps for bigger lifts
