For me, It was watching hockey fights online. One day it just hit me if I ever was in that position, I needed to be prepared to stick up for myself and teamates. And this kind of transpired to I need to be ready in real life to protect myself or my friends. It may never happen, but I would never want to take the risk to not be ready.
Now I lift out of habit and it's fun, my few enjoyments of the day I look forward to.

Do caffeine pills give you a similar "pump" as a pre-workout like C4?

And I'm the best one to ask because I pretty much never use either one. I also never drink coffee or anything with stims.
I've used 2x250mg caffeine pills a few times and its nothing like the time I've taken just 1 serve of a 200mg caffeine pre workout. The caffeine pills don't give that focus and buzz/fuzzy feeling that the PWO stims give you.
That said, I'm too much of a cheap cunt to buy PWO stims and only ever use them when I get a free sample with my WPC powder.

You can, however, buy l. reuteri supplements. Which you can use to make yogurt - though the yogurt is not appetizing in the slightest. It comes out kind of snotty - taste is alright.

that depends on your diet. If you are eating lots of protein and less carbs and fat, your body will take more from your fat stores. However, you are still going to be losing muscle mass as you lose weight. Are you seeing results on your scale? Are you counting calories? Did you read the sticky?
So getting to the point I want to join the military but I'm over weight however I'm a active athlete I don't do much but walk, run, and little things like hike etc. I've done cross fit for a year but it wasn't what It was cracked up to be. Of course my diet is my main problem but slowly working on that with a counting calorie diet. Can anyone of you give me a simple cardio only workout list give me a set of reps to do and etc I want to do something simple and nothing fancy just a regular routine to do.
