I'm fucking done with heavy dead lifts. Every time it messes up my lower back for days. Can I still make it?
How do you get rid of big quads? They're not attractive or cute.
>tfw ive actually thought about that
>taking flavoured protein

Why doesn't lifting carry over to real world shit?
Ive been working a few weekends for extra money doing furniture deliverers and I've noticed my strength from years of lifting isn't really that much better for moving.
There's plenty of skinnyfats im working with that can move the stuff equally as well. Its almost like having all these extra strength is meaningless. The only time it's helped is lifting smaller heavy stuff that I can grip well, but with really large pieces of furniture the weight is eventually spread across the entire thing...

I have the endurance as well.
I do both low rep and high rep training and have for years.
The issue is that with really large bits of furniture the weight is evenly distributed across the entire thing which means I can only hold one side up at a time, even though I could technically deadlifting 30 of them.
How many of you could hold a 20kg barbell up with 1 arm raised in the air?
So how much do you spend on lifting related expenses?
Last month, I spent $1275
no one spends $1275 on fitness equipment every month so clearly you want every to ask what you spent $1275 on last month so here it goes I'm gunna ask
anon what did you spend $1275 on last month?
I spent $60, because that's what my gym membership costs
Can I get a formcheck? This is 'bout 4.75pl8
So I've finally decided to make the change to getting in shape, been working out regularly for the past month and a half, I'm eating healthier, but one thing I can't eat is oatmeal. The texture just makes me gag. Any suggestions for a good substitute for oatmeal?
1. Get instant/rolled oatmeal packets and mix dry in blender with protein powder
>doing seated OHP
>on the bench press
>ON A MONDAY
>with the bar
I feel like murdering this guy.
Did I waste my money?
No creatine is bretty gud man.
If you're lagging a bit on your progression or you're plateauing on your lifts, creatine might give you that small extra boost to push just a little bit more and thus beak your plateau. The water retention/muscle pump is gives you is also pretty alright, increased energy is also gud.
absolutely no help
What can I do with cottage cheese to make it more bearable?
Spread it on bread?
Diced pineapple. A teaspoon of good jam + a pinch of salt. Pepper and a little siracha. It's also a solid substitute for ricotta in a lasagna.
Blend with an egg, instant oats, and a banana to make protein-pancake batter.
STOP FUCKING POSTING THAT IS SO MEAN
ROASTIES GET OUT
The answer is yes
Don't let any SS dyel faggot from this board tell you otherwise. Incline is the way to go for an aesthetic chest.
