I saw you people say being fit, reading philosophy, fucking sluts improves your mind, but I don't think it does.
I still haven't found a solution to my first problem.

I have been trying to better my life and have been in and out of COCCOON mode and college for the last 4 years and my advice to you is as follows:
1. Lift
2. Sleep on a proper sleeping schedule
3. Get rid of your fucking laptop/computer. It is a catastrophic waste of time and very little use. The two week period where my laptop was broke I finally started doing so much shit I had been trying to do for years: meditating, reading, cooking healthier meals, writing. By the end of that 2 weeks I honestly felt a difference in my sense of being and mind - I felt calmer, less irritable, and more passionate about my hobbies.
The best way to get yourself to do things which are difficult (which all these things are) is not to inspire yourself with meme pictures, but to remove the distractions which are more comfortable, and you choose to do instead.
The problem is no one wants to fucking get rid of their laptop/smartphones, they are addicted to this shit like heroin.
But I cannot emphasize to you enough how much it will change your life

Hey /fit/ this is my first ever post.
I'm having real trouble with grip strength when I do deadlifts. Does anyone have any tips? Also, I'm 25 and my sporting days are gone, I train just to stay in shape - in this case how essential are deadlifts? Are there other equivalent exercises that can get the job done?
Deadlifts are pretty awesome, unless you can not physically do them you should incorporate them into your routine
Pull ups will help your grip

i'm thinking of adding one because after i train super heavy movements and focus hard on larger muscle groups i generally tire and or lose my rage.
Arms are generally easy to lift, but can having an arm day take away from your chest/back days?
