there's this dude who says he's taking 10 pills a day of multivitamin (a supplement not the one that is dropped in water before consumpion). The vitamins are 100%+ daily intake. My question to you guys is, would there be side effects or this is actually a good "overkill" ?
Lots of multivitamins like animal pak have like 10 pills In a pouch that you take. It's supposed to be better for bioavailability since not everything is compressed in one pill.
It's expensive and probably not worth it, and most of the time you just piss out excess vitamins your body can't process, like it makes your pee bright yellow from B vitamins. I take a normal multi vitamin, not sure if it does anything at all but it's cheap af
Multivitamins are trash. Eat real food.
All the extra vitamins he's taking are just being pissed out.
As for safe amounts of the vitamins, I know that there is a section on this in the sticky, so why don't you tell me?
>Worked out monday for the first time in 8 Years
>Feel pain in my forearms and biceps
>think I'm sore
>Wake up Tuesday and I can't stretch my arms straight.
Fuck this shit sucks I got T rex arms. How do I ease the pain or make this go by faster?
Ive had it out there all day and nobody wants to adopt it.
Mental Health Fitness
I saw you people say being fit, reading philosophy, fucking sluts improves your mind, but I don't think it does.
I still haven't found a solution to my first problem.
>How do I repay the price of birth?
I am reading some stoics, but I don't think they answer this question. Anyone know any other self help books?
I have been trying to better my life and have been in and out of COCCOON mode and college for the last 4 years and my advice to you is as follows:
2. Sleep on a proper sleeping schedule
3. Get rid of your fucking laptop/computer. It is a catastrophic waste of time and very little use. The two week period where my laptop was broke I finally started doing so much shit I had been trying to do for years: meditating, reading, cooking healthier meals, writing. By the end of that 2 weeks I honestly felt a difference in my sense of being and mind - I felt calmer, less irritable, and more passionate about my hobbies.
The best way to get yourself to do things which are difficult (which all these things are) is not to inspire yourself with meme pictures, but to remove the distractions which are more comfortable, and you choose to do instead.
The problem is no one wants to fucking get rid of their laptop/smartphones, they are addicted to this shit like heroin.
But I cannot emphasize to you enough how much it will change your life
People on /fit/ said fucking sluts is the way to go in life.
I don't know how you define experience.
No fortune is your own, it's simply a product of luck and genetics.
Still haven't answered my question, but ok.
So fit, i just got prescribed dexamphetamine for ADHD.
Does any one have any experience with it in their daily life and anything i need to know about how it could possibly affect my lifting?
What do you eat on cheat days?
cheat days are a myth made up so bitches keep failing their diets. Mr. Johnson's cheat day is a monthly if not tri-monthly event often negated by PEDs and liposuction.

Hey /fit/ this is my first ever post.
I'm having real trouble with grip strength when I do deadlifts. Does anyone have any tips? Also, I'm 25 and my sporting days are gone, I train just to stay in shape - in this case how essential are deadlifts? Are there other equivalent exercises that can get the job done?
Greetings from /sp/
Thinking about learning krav maga/kapap...
Anyone got any experience and is it worth it?
Fun and interesting form of exercise. I recommend it.
If you are doing it for 'self-defence' do yourself a favour get a CCW and buy a compact pistol in 9mm. Learn to use it and carry that.
No ground fight (where most fights end up very fast)
You don't learn how to take a hit
They teach you how to take someone down who has a knife (no one who has a clue about self defence would EVER do that)
It's the fedora equivalent of the shitty womans self defence class your local gym offers once a year
Your gains have been converted into cash. What can you afford?
>You're not one of those cookie-cutter porn addicts, are you anon?
does anyone else here have an arm day?
i'm thinking of adding one because after i train super heavy movements and focus hard on larger muscle groups i generally tire and or lose my rage.
Arms are generally easy to lift, but can having an arm day take away from your chest/back days?
what the fuck even is "stress"?
The release of cortisol and adrenalin and a couple other things to shut down unnecessary systems like the immune system temporarily to leave more resources available for the body to overcome an immediately challenging or dangerous circumstance. If this never stops, the body doesn't turn those systems back up and the body is more susceptible to disease, repairs itself worse, learns new information more slowly and just generally lames the fuck out.
