Why would this happen /fit/? Why would working out make you go bald or at least make your hair grow in a much slower rate? Currently I'm still 96% on pic related, but I used to have a lot more hair before working out.

It sucks my metabolism is crazy. I have a job where I am doing physical labor innawoods for 9 hrs plus every day but weekends. Another thing, you might be lifting wrong. Lift heavy weights (the heaviest you can lift) and do 3 sets of low reps while making sure you have the right form (your form is crucial)
Which cardio machine burns the most calories? Stairmaster or treadmill on incline? Others?
Also, does wearing a hoody and sweats over shorts and a tuna shirt make much of a big difference in total calories burned? Or is it a myth that the more you sweat the more calories you burn?
Swimming actually burns the most calories, after that treadmill. I'm more of a fan of a rowing machine than anything else though.
This is purely conjecture, but I don't think you lose much more weight in sweats. 80% of weight lost is in the form of carbon dioxide exhaled. 20% comes from water and you will be replacing that.

Been on DNP 8 days now. I'm eating 1000 cals a day of mostly protein. It's been fucking rough but I've honestly probably dropped 4-7% of bf% in this shirt time.
Today I woke up and I feel like absolute horeshit. Getting out of bed was hard. I had to convince myself to shower and get dressed.
Should I take a day or two of eat like 1800 cals? Or just push it out for the remaining week.
