I do. I've been doing it for a year and have seen incredibly gains in my functionality. From picking things up, to having more endurance when running, to have stronger forearms, to feeling lighter on my feet.
It's great. Theres a reason they call us the 'worlds fittest athletes' and it's not because we're doing bench press for 5 sets of 5 and taking 4 minutes in between sets
