I started working out like month ago and I never really checked out my arms cause I know I am small, but after todays workout
I decided to look at them to check out a little progress and IT LOOKS LIKE I HAVE A TUMA IN MA BICEP

How much cardio is sufficient for health?
Is 30 mins at target heart rate 4-5 days a week enough?
I want healthy blood pressure and healthier cardiovascular system altogether.
Depends how much time you spend on your ass.
30 min 3-4 times per week is enough for your average sedentary person to maintain health benefits.
However that low level of cardio will do nothing when the happening starts and you need to run or fight to defend your life from the unwashed foreign and minority hordes

I've got some time to kill and would like to help some newer lifters are this board. No memes or shitposting, I'll do my best to give you my advice and opinions as long as your question can't easily be answered with a google search.
Other experienced lifters feel free to help out, but lets try something that hasn't happened on /fit/ for awhile and help each other out.
Well the thing is, telling you what I do is not going to be helpful because everyone is different.

Basically lets look at a bulk+cut cycle. Start by getting your base macros, i use a gram per pound of protein, then go as low fat as I can where I still feel good about hormone production and day to day energy for me thats around 50-60 grams but youll have to play with it, then I go the rest with carbs.

That's my approach basically, its a bit more complicated than maybe is needed for you and requires strict counting of macros and some experience working with your own body to really work.
So I guess if you really want to keep it simple
start at a gram per pound protein, can be a little more or less daily, if you cut, you are going to want higher fats and lower carbs, if you bulk youll want the opposite.

Progress R8 thread?
Started dieting and mild weight training 4 months ago, and have since dropped from 220lbs (pic related) to 196lbs as of today.
Went from 115 to 160 on bench
From 180 to 200 on squat (bad knee. Torn ACL from hs)
From 2 sets of 3 to 3 sets of 8 pullups
Still working on good Deadlift form, tbqh. Haven't moved much from 180
Hammer curl from 2 sets of 5 @ 25 per arm to 3 sets of 5 @ 35

Does the order in which perform some exercises matter? Like,Biceps/Triceps day... can i start with whatever exercise i want or there are exercises that are meant to be made first? or last? does it matter at all?
Two: Bench press,i dont care about lifting 2pl8,i want hypertrophy or whatever its called,should i even bother or there are better ways of getting that zyzz chest?(i do other stuff for my chest as well,not just bench)

maybe it is a dumb question but i haven't been able to find specific information on the matter.
is it just cutting the calorie income and the same workout? should i do only cardio?

Not opie but I read the sticky and have similar confusion. Not the cardio thing but as far as what lifting routine is best while cutting is perplexing.
Some people are new to this, cockfag.
It's all a mixture of eating healthy with a lower over all caloric intake.
I would also just add cardio onto your current routine during your cut. Follow this and you should be ok
So I'm bored in class and had this idea: Each poster posts 1 song that they lift to (or you could put something gay idc, but you only get one). Anyone who posts a song must listen to the playlist next time they workout.

if you wear full kit (~60 .lbs) of metal armor + gear while running on a treadmill will that damage the treadmill or your back?
