I was squatting yesterday and pulled something in my shoulder, now I can barely lift my arm up sideways, but I can lift it forward no problem. What the fuck did I do, it hurts like a bitch?

Just started lifting recently and had a few questions.
Ive been skinny my entire life and have had a slight pectus deformity that causes my ribs to protrude on the sides of my sternum.
Is it easily noticeable?
Will my pecs l, when they grow in, look more or less normal and cover up the ribs?
Ive seen lots of before/after pics in which body builders have weird looking bodies while they are skinny, and then become super aesthetic once they gain the mass. Could my case be like theirs?
If I have sex 30-45 minutes before I go to the gym, will i have less energy and make less gains for that day? Trying to figure out if its worth it or not.
Currently using MyFitnessPal to calorie track. Any recommendations for gains tracking?
Intaking approximately 4,000 a day so far at around a 2.5k - 3k burn rate depending on the day.
Not cycling mate. Just looking to surplus the fuck out of me. I entered my height, weight and average of physical activities and it calculated under the 3k mark. Don't know whether to believe it.
Just eating to stay full rather than waiting till i'm hungry, body has started burning off storages by that point

THIS fucking game came out, and is now by far the most titalating reason to do cardio. Like right now, I'm looking at my fucking phone and leaves are blowing up errywhere, a pikachu is at my neighbors house and I'mma boutta hop that bitches fence to grab me some VR mouse.
But alas, gains are the priority. My question to you is,

well the question really lies on what you would consider the penultimate goal at the end of your journey
Do you want to be a pokemon master and get your gains stolen?
Do you want to get swole and burn a couple of hours that you could've spent playing vidya?

i have to pee all the time /fit/ and i have no idea why
i've tried antibiotics, i've seen a urologist, i've tried cutting caffeine, alcohol, drinking less water, drinking more watter, cranberry juice but i still get panic attacks because i think i'm going to piss myself in public. i'm not overstating it when i say it's ruining my life.
has anyone had this? does anyone know how to fix it? i'll try anything at this point.
I pee a lot, though that might be because I drink a shit tonne of water. Not because of some diet or nutrition bullshit I read off a blog, just a habit I have. I don't think it's an indication of something bad as long as you don't have to pee every drop separately (as in you can't hold in even a small ammount).
