How do I get rid of chest acne?
>>36667599
this image looks GIMP'd
1. Get a blade
2. Scrape that shit off
Holy shit
rub semen on it
Friendly reminder that if you don't play a contact sport you aren't athletic and you certainly aren't an athlete.
But I touch the bar

Eat a bowl of dicks Op. Even chess meets Olympic standards while stupid shit like feetball does not
>>36667611
Probably due to the fact the Olympics is an amateur competition which means messi et al are ineligible for entry
do you fuck fatties?
>>36667416
No. No one should.
Fat? No.
Chubby? Yes, fuck yes.
There is something about chubby girls that gets me hard as diamonds.
That being said, I do think slim/fit girls are better looking in a non-sexual way. It's really weird like that.

So do these actually work? What muscles exactly are they supposed to help with, just the biceps and the breast muscles?
Why on earth would I buy such a big machine for those muscles, the breast and biceps are the easiest to train.
I dont get it. I want a way to easily train my shoulder blade muscles but this stuff doesnt seem right either.
I already bought a whole bunch of fitness machines and my apartement (literally) doesnt have room for much more than 1.

Not sure if bait, but i'll bite.
>So do these actually work?
Yes, unless you have a broken one, in which case the seat will probably stick, and you wont be able to pull the cable.
>What muscles exactly are they supposed to help with
The one inside your chest, its a cardio exercise.
But you will be getting muscle activation in your back, arms, legs and core.

obviously it's mainly cardio but you cannot avoid working your legs, core, back, shoulders and biceps (why do you think it works pecs?)
>>36667323
ok thank you. Can I ask you another question?
Do you know if these work?
It seems intuitively that it should make workouts a little more varied / flexible and fun because the muscles get trained every so slightly from different angles.
But this thing costs 300€ and I honestly dont see how some of these exercises make any sense.
For example look at the pic related here, what on earth is this training? You are literally just using your bodyweight with gravity to fall against some straps. Uh ok?...

I hit 1pl8x3 before my cut, then it dipped down fucking 20lb, now I am at 1pl8 for 1.5 clean reps, or 2 sloppy reps
Time for some hard self reflection /fit/, where do you fall on this chart?
Be completely honest here.
And how's the progress on your journey to become an alpha positive? (Or gamma positive perhaps?).
What about your low point? Surely you've made some upward progress.
>>36666611
Beta positive
Once I get a career going and get fit I'll be there
Somewhere between gamma positive and beta positive if you leave out the "looking up to alpha+" part, I have no large desire for social contacts but I'm competent enough to not let the sperghetti fall out of my pocketd so I seem "normal" in social occasions

kek, thanks for joining us tonight anon
When for any reason (e.g. business trip staying in a hotel with no gym) I cannot train in the morning, I still wake up at the same time and rub for about 1 hour. Sometimes I do it during rest days as well, mostly when I want to burn some extra calories and/or when I want to relax and isolate from the world. No specific goal, I may want sooner or later to train for a half marathon but not now, it would mean decreasing the amount of strength training focusing mostly on running and I don't know if I want to do that.
>>36666415
Run, not rub.
I've started to lift again (SS) and love the progression it giving me on my lifts. I also have started to eat a lot just so I can put on weight and keep progressing every time I work out. The only problem is that I notice that I do walk/am up on my feet a lot (burning 500 calories a day). I came up with an idea of buying a wheelchair and having someone push me throughout the day so I don't burn up too many calories. I've started to do this for the past 2 weeks or so and have noticed that my lifts are becoming easier to do. Has anyone done a similar thing and what...

You could try crawling around the gym and home instead of spending bulking money on wheelchair. If the weather is fine crawling to/from gym is a good idea as well. You could also try crippling yourself or doing non-permanent damage to legs to ensure quality consumption, if you're not planning on training legs they wouldn't need energy intake anyway. Good luck op
>>36666291
I mainly use my legs only for my lifts(both for warmup and my working sets) and only stand up when doing my lifts. Also wouldn't crawling use up some calories as well? I figured the wheelchair would help minimize the amount of calories I expend.
>>36666189
It's a great way to improve your bulking and confuse your muscles as well. I am two weeks into gainzmobile and all the fat from my legs tyrned into chest muscles. Morphing to chad from a trex feels great
does anyone here lift for a higher purpose?
I wanna be big and strong because God gave me a fully-functioning body and I wanna do the most with this gift that I can and help people
no
body dismorphia and musculine identity crisis and that's it
Not really, but fitness should be part of anyone's life if they want to acheive a life better than the average. The discipline you learn in regulating a diet and exercise regimin can be applied to the improvement of one's mind for example. I set limits for the amount of time allowed to enjoy baser pleasures and try to spend a minumum of 3 hours a day reading or writing.
Anyone swap barbell rows for powercleans? Im debating about either swapping barbell rows for cleans and adding pull ups, or doing both
>>36665955
Just follow the program
>>36665968
Yeah, but I feel retarted doing barbell rows. I feel like my form is wrong. Also I thought you were supposed to pull from the ground with a barbell row, but the weight that the program gives me doesnt elevate the bar for me to row with good.form.
>>36665985
It's called pendlay rows
I feel so fucking hopeless and depressed, I need some motivation.

In this world devoid of meaning, most people can be sorted into two groups. Those who accept that their lives have no meaning, and simply choose to either kill themselves or continue living with apathy and the occasional tinge of sadness, and you have those who choose to engage in hedonism so as to ignore the horrible nature of the world.
If there is a god, he surely wants you to suffer or become a hedonistic shell of a human. If not god, perhaps the universe itself holds this malicious intent. If this is the...

Was Jesus ottermode?
Why didn't he lift?
>>36665866
Does performing miracles count as cardio?
>those legs
Throughout history its been noted that people who don't exist tend not to lift either. You'll notice that Santa and leprechauns don't lift either.
