>gf of 4 years left me today
I-it gets better right guys??
Which body type does /fit/ find most attractive in women?
is 165 good clean and jerk wait for somebody who's been training 5 months
not a max just 5x10
So /fit/ how do you deal with the fact that you're ugly? You can workout all you want, you can try to dress nicely as much as you want, none of that will change the fact that your face is ugly. And your face is the first thing people judge you on. You will never experience the same benefits hot people experience. You won't be able to go out with hot girls, you won't be able to communicate with people quite as easily, and many more. So /fit/, how do you cope with being ugly?
How has lifting affected your experience in attracting the opposite sex? How about other people in general?
I bet there's a lot of people who believe lifting will get them girls, and that being jacked will get everyone to love them, but has anyone else actually experienced the opposite?
Lets talk about our experiences ITT.
Any advice or regimens on how to look like broly? I wanna get his size by July if possible for cosplay. By the way I'm an endomorph
Post yfw walking into the gym
people in my gym probably think i'm some creep but i really do go just to lift
all my friends are normies and I don't tell girls I spend time in the gym (comes off as douchey apparently) I just say I play soccer to keep in shape lol
>pants get tight around the ass
>yeah bitches mirin
>tightness of pants squeezes cheeks together all day creating damp zone
>ass cheeks rub each other all day creating chafe
This is a serious problem, how do I fix this.
What do you think about the egg yolks? Safe to eat?
well what the fuck do I do now
I just want to do stronglifts
What the fuck /fit/
I've cut out all junk and sugar out of my diet and haven't had white sugar on it's own in the past 6 months
today I was cooking and making meringues, I barely could eat them
they tasted simply TOO sweet for me to eat, 6 months ago I had no problems eating something like that but now the sweetness from the sugar is so overpowering it's unpleasant
Anyone else experienced something similar before?
Yes. I eat less than 30-50 grams of carbs per day so sugar has not been part of my diet for a year or so
AND every time I eat a donut or a bite a cake it's like holy fuck sweet. Very strange to change your taste buds
I want the most obscure or under-the-radar NBA team to follow, give me a team no one likes
charlotte hornets. Until late this year they got next to no media attention, and even then they fucked it up by losing. They have the worst season in nba history with them so noone wants the shame of liking them. but I love them
I've never ended the day like this. Should I just pig out? What do you do to "reward" yourself /fit/?
/fit/ how do I get into Xerxes mode?
