How the FUCK do you make pecs grow natty? I do DB bench press superset with flys then dips then cable flys then incline DB press superset with flys three times a week and pecs are by far my slowest growing muscle group. Any tips?
i hurt my chest and came back doing db bench because it still hurt to regular bench but now that i'm doing regular bench all the time it's growing fast
i also use a bench kinda machine after i'm done benching with free weights because i do 5x5 regular and then 4x8 on the machine

I had something similar happen to me lately.
I decided I was going to be healthier once I graduated college back in December. Eating the right foods lifting weights cardio etc etc
I got a blood test a month or two ago and they said everything was fine but my folic acid was low. and to eat more fruits and veggies and take a multivitamin.
My entire life my diet has been complete shit. I have eaten more fruits and veggies since December than I have.....ever. i eat fruits and vegetables every single day.
It was bizarre hearing that.
