ITT: Post your SAT score and how much you lift
How are you making yours this week /fit/? I've been watching pic related.
get on my level. this is all natural no protein powder crap
how do I get this body?
Don't lift and just eat a whole pizza every day with 2 liter of cola.
Who here dat dere kline?
>mfw only kliney on /fit/
>gf has average sized titties
>hot redhead at uni who wants to fuck has massive titties
>tfw can't deadlift the bar
How's the cut going /fit/?
158 lbs here eating 1450 kcals + 1hr cardio everyday my weight didnt change in 10 days
That doesn't seem very healthy to me.
Also how do you count your calories? For packages such as yoghurt, or oat I turf on the side how often I've eaten from it, and deduce the amount of calories from that. For the rest, I monitor and write down everything I eat like an autistic bastard.
i have a goal to walk 250 kms within 50 hours
what is the best way to do this?
im thinking 6kms per hour, walk nonstop for 2 days, and take 1 hour breaks 5 times, or take a 5 hour nap
That will be fucking hard without some heavy training. I walked 100kms in 30 hours and it was one of the hardest physical things I've ever done. Invest in lube like proglide and slather your buttcheeks both for chafing and the raping of your body
Are these suppose to be painful as fuck, or did I get them to tight? Will they break in after time?
What do you guys do on the bog?
I feel like my posture is slowly approaching lumbar lordosis. My belly is pushed out more than my chest and my lower back, nearest my hip. The area is sometimes painful when I bend down or use my back to lift. Tonight, I feel like trying to deadlift would give me a one way ticket to snap city.
> what stretches can I do to help?
> what exercises can I do to fix my posture?
i have the same problem and i'm scared that when i'm deadlifting i push my lower back in way to far because of it so i end up trying not to and ending up kinda round
i've stopped deadlifting but the same thing kinda happens with squats where my lower back will kinda go in
Yo fit, I kinda wanna make a new sticky, or even an infograph with everything condensed
How would you update the stick /fit/
>Harms cardiovascular health
>Increases water retention thus bloat
Some guy told me that salt is actually good for you and I nearly raped his mother on the spot, however, I'm pretty sure he's actually right.
What is salt good for? For the body
>What is salt good for? For the body
Every single cell in the body except red blood cells, same goes for potassium.
You get most of the required salt from food without adding it anyway,
>buddy in bootcamp wasnt getting enough salt
>Visibly shaking and sweating constantly all day
>Thought it was from a lack of water
>Kept telling him he needed to salt his food at dinner chow
>He thought he was just dehydrated
>didnt listen and drank two canteens of water
>shouldnt have done that

What's the earliest a person should lift. 5? I'd imagine they'd follow the sticky. What do you fitizens think?
