I love bench so much but no matter what program I run I always end up doing the roll of shame every session. It hates me. The bench hates me so much.

I already tried that mate, the rate of fat gains to muscle gains was fucking insane. Like 98% fat gains to 2% muscle gains. Never fucking again will I ever do that.
Bulking for a natty is utterly pointless after the first year or two, the fat to muscle gain ratio is fucked after that.

I eat really well. I exercise daily.
I sleep 3-4 hours nightly and it's hell. I toss and turn for hours before I can sleep.
I don't even use medication for things like fever or headaches. Drug-free as someone can be. Seriously considering sleeping supplements for the first time though. I cannot shut my brain off.

Just hold it as long as possible after the last rep. Try doing it for time. You'll se your grip strength increase very quickly - from 10 second holds to 30 seounds then a full minute.
Do more reps with deadlift and lower the intensity. You need lots of practice to perfect your technique. 1x5 is not gonna cut it if you are a novice. Pull as much as you can recover from.
