I started doing pushups, planks, pull-ups and running beginning of last summer, but I actually started going to the gym last September when college started.

This just happened, and I know it's because of my weight loss.

How would I look like if I only did only bench, curls, and squats every MWF for 2 months?
From what I've been told these are one of the best exercises for getting a nice back.
Also I have been told that these grips work these parts of the back
Close Grip = Inner Back
Wide Grip = Outer Lats
Is any if this true fags?
Does muscle take bumps and bruises better than fat?
I am a clumsy person and I bump into stuff all the time, sometimes hard enough that it hurts. I have lost a lot of weight and added a little muscle in the past couple of years. I have noticed that bumps that seem like they would have hurt, don't hurt anymore.
Is muscle like natural armor or something?
Hey /fit/, I came to the conclusion a few months ago that I'm not getting any younger (I'm 19) and that if I want to bodybuild that now is probably the time to do it. I've been doing some basic stuff at the gym at my college but I've been reading shit about "bad genetics" and all that. I'm considering getting serious about lifting but if I don't have the foundation for getting to where I want to be I figure I might as well stay thin so as not to risk getting fat later in life (increased calorie intake, happened to my father, etc)
Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
I am officially leaving /fit/ and quitting the fitness lifestyle.
After many years of lifting, I found myself endlessly pursuing a perfect body, a goal which is impossible and in fact, useless. I achieved respectable goals of 2/3/4 and a decent body, but this was all a waste of time. I will rather focus on training my brain and becoming a smarter person. This will actually be financially beneficial. I can now also eat whatever I want in peace without having to worry about how it will affect my body. This is a great freedom you people are missing. I invite you to follow my steps and actually do something useful instead of turning yourself into a brainless meathead.
My gym doesnt have a place for deadlifts, and no one there does them. Is there somethings to do in it's place that won't leave me looking deformed?
Also, Strong Lifts or Starting Strength?
Does anyone have any experience using them both together?
I've used both before, just not at the same time.
See these 5'6 Mexicans, while you 6'0 tall white autists were jerking off to high test women that would use their concealed carry against them.
They are literally banging prime pussy and are in jail for it.
>tfw got a full time job

What does /fit/ think about MEGADOSES of Vitamin C?
If you are active you are probably sweating out water soluble vitamins like B, C and minerals like zinc and magnesium, so in that sense the RDA is going to be less than what you need
Not by the orders of magnitude that folks like Linus Pauling seemed to endorse
To that end you can megadose on all the water soluble shit you want, but understand that at the 5000%+ RDA shit that megadosers endorse you're just paying for expensive urine
Hey guy I'm pretty new to /fit/ just eantin some opinions
>got here without fit
>posts a picture
>gets intense body dismorphia like the rest of us because we cant stand to see someone doimg well
You look good but get a shorter haircut thats not a buzzcut
