How has getting /fit/ affected your goals?
For me I started out fatmode (still losing weight around 210-215 right now getting down to 175). For me I wanted to get big but now I just want to get lean with whatever muscle I've got left and be done with it. I actually prefer doing daily cardio over lifting and I realized being big doesn't even matter to me anymore. I just want to be lean and healthy looking with a 4 pack.
I think a turning point for me was seeing some skinny mexican guy who was dyel but ran everyday.
He still looked pretty good imo, so I've been doing nothing but cardio since. If I get to the gym first thing in the morning or last thing at night I can mire some cardio bunnies in spandex too so it's all good.
1st year = wanted to big huge and thought it would have been possible on how much gains i was making
2nd year = gains slowed down a lot, but still wanted to be huge
3rd year = gains were really really slow and it hit me that i probably wont get much bigger than I am without steroids
4th year = still getting stronger, still having some minor improvements here and there in terms of aesthetics, but still natty-tier physique
5th year = accepted the fact im just going to have a natural looking body, so i just focus on being as lean as i can be while still...

This but I probably have less muscle then you. When I get to 175 I'm probably going to start doing some daily chinups or something I'm more interested in getting an atheletic body now because it feels a lot better to me and at the end of the day that's what's more important. I'll still look good by normie standards but I'll never be 'big'.

Most of the time I'm either too lazy or too busy to cook. Will getting a George Foreman grill speed up the time it takes to cook shit while keeping a somewhat decent taste?

i bought his PSMF diet (the really low calorie one) , i got the physical copy to read at work and yeah he really is good. He tells you shit, Backs it up and says "do this or it won't work." simple as that.
Dude knows his shit and people here will meme him out because he's skinny but i've had nothing but results following his hardcore diet but i wish i had gotten his longterm diet book.

I try not to stay on a consistent routine or plan, I just keep track of my numbers and separate my deadlifts by 1 week and my bench by a day or two.
Saturday - Bench
Sunday - deadlifts and OHP
Monday - pullups and pushups and squat
Tuesday - rest day
Wednesday - Bench
Thursday - OHP and squat
Friday - ???

What's the best method for changing your body clock?
I keep sleeping in till 9:30, when I'd rather be getting up around seven.
I've tried alarms, and putting them on the other side of the room, but all I do is get up, turn them off, then go back to sleep.
