Hey /fit/, this isn't necessarily a fitness related question but I had no idea where else to put it.
I've had a fever since wednesday and suddenly on thursday, i've started shitting out every single liquid that i've drank. I dont know if its because i'm not eating but every time i take a gulp of gatorade, clear soda, or even water i have to go to the toilet and blast it out my ass. i know this isn't related to lifting or even fitness but if someone could please help me out because this is gonna fucking kill me if i don't stop it soon
What are some cereals with very low/no fat? Before you ask, I'm not a dumbass who thinks fat is bad. I'm doing my refeed and I'm gonna eat 800 grams of carbs while keeping fat <50 grams.

Fellow /fit/izens, I have problems getting rid of my love handles.
I am a 5'6 manlet who went from 165 to 150 lbs in a few weeks. I obviously need to lose more weight to get a six-pack. However, I have started to notice that I am losing fat on my abs much faster than on my obliques.
My diet is very strict and clean at a ~500 calorie deficit while I work out 5-6 times/week.
I know love handles are hard to lose, so I would like some advice on whether I can lose them faster or not. Otherwise. I will be patient and let time do its thing.
Any anons on /fit/ ever do a colon cleanse that doesn't involve a dick in their pooper? I'd like to try one but I have no clue where to start. Stories, recommendations, advice, etc all welcome.

What is the difference between these lacrosse balls and like a 5 dollar NCAA one I can get on amazon? I am using them for maofascia release aka trigger points/self massaging. These 3 were like 4 bucks for them, yet the one I wanna order on amazon is 5 bucks. Any reason why? Are they both identical? Any input on this?

shit sucks, lifting is easy but getting over past feels is the worst
calf raises help but note that size is largely genetic
Heavy squats, heavy deads, calf raise for hypertrophy. Try finding a job that you enjoy or creating a business. I'm happy with my set up at 25, but am planning on coaching in the future

Anyone use liquid grip stuff like Dry Hands or Liquid Grip? I'm having trouble deadlifting 275 and it's partially my grip (still need more strength in general) ... thinking I'd chalk up to remove that from the equation.
The liquid stuff is supposed to be less messy than loose chalk right?
I've seen the chalk-filled balls for rock climbers ... but I think that still makes dust.
Less messy for sure hard to just come off and doesn't leave a lot or any residue on the bar. It also lasts a whole workout if you don't vigorously scrub it off. Downside is i don't feel like it actually improves grip like normal chalk does. Just stops the bar slipping.
I started using liquid chalk around 350ish. I've pulled as much as 4 plates and been fine grip wise so far ymmv.
I am trying to decide if I want to start using HGH Frag 176-191, Ive read a bit about it and have had some friends who have taken it..
What im looking for is a solid argument against taking it, from what I can tell, there really isnt any downside (aside from it being slightly illegal?).
Does anyone have any experience with taking HGH frag? How would one acquire it?
Usually when I go to the gym, sweat is not a problem, and only when I go hard on a certain day will spots begin to show on my shirt. However recently I was advised to start my workout with 10 min of cardio and end it with 5 min of cardio. I legit sweat buckets and my entire back was one dark stain, pic related, its my shirt after the workout. Are there any fixes to this problem? Are there any sorts of creams or non-absorbent shirts that would help me out? Would appreciate any advice.
