I used to wrestling in school and uni, doing mixed martial arts now, mostly striking though. I go to rock climbing\bouldering sometimes, but i'm not that serious about it.

I'm now in the point that I'm increasing my squat with proper form, but now that the loads are getting heavier I feel that my core start getting fatigued in the middle of the session.
I start using a proper belt and now I can squat better since I can focus easily on my lower body and my core embrace harder.
But I'm concerned if this is going to be unproductive or risky.
My actual squat is 245lbs.

Use one once you start to feel like you need them. I used to be like you, my squat was at 275x5 and my deadlift was at 335x5. Then I started using a belt. I had a test day yesterday and squatted 450 and deadlifted 515. Obviously you'll still need to work your abs and lower back separately, at least once or twice a week each.

Hey /fit/, this isn't necessarily a fitness related question but I had no idea where else to put it.
I've had a fever since wednesday and suddenly on thursday, i've started shitting out every single liquid that i've drank. Fellow /fit/izens, I have problems getting rid of my love handles.
I am a 5'6 manlet who went from 165 to 150 lbs in a few weeks. I obviously need to lose more weight to get a six-pack. However, I have started to notice that I am losing fat on my abs much faster than on my obliques.
My diet is very strict and clean at a ~500 calorie deficit while I work out 5-6 times/week.
I know love handles are hard to lose, so I would like some advice on whether I can lose them faster or not. Otherwise. I will be patient and let time do its thing.
