Greetings fit, whatchu think?
Hello /fit/, I'm an un/fit/ man who intends on doing the following:
Walking roughly 2 miles down to a particular location, briskly. At said location, run up a hill - I don't quite know how big it is but it's not huge, just a steady incline. I'll probably run for about 5 minutes. After returning from said hill, I'll walk the 2 miles back at the same pace. I'm going to do this routine every morning before breakfast.
I was going to put some weights in my backpack to add to the routine a bit and make it a bit tougher. My question is -...

back, maybe not. it will fuck up your knees if you do this for any sort of time though.
Think about what you want to do. If you want to make your cardio routine harder, go steeper, longer, faster, with fewer breaks. If you want to get strength, lift up heavy things and put them back down. Mixing them will give you shitty injurious cardio and/or weak-ass no-gain strength.
I'm used to carrying a reasonably heavy/bulky backpack when I'm traveling and when I'm going about my daily business - often on one shoulder though, which is a bad habit of mine. This time I'd strap the bag on correctly, so the weight would be distributed better.
I also farmer's-walk a lot of weight around when I'm commuting from A to B, but I haven't done that in a week or two.
Why are 95% of all women so annoying/useless/bothering/unproductive at gyms.
This grill gang has been hanging around and chit chatting about some chads for 45min now at squatting lift and they are doing one squat/5min.
God I hate that this gym don't have women and men separated because some trannies complained.
This group of three Asian girls came into the gym today and this is what ensued.
>three Asian girls walk in
>one of them has dyed hair like a purple pink mix
>they stick their feet into these straps and do 3 pushups each while dangling themselves in the air
>giggle and are texting more than they are talking to each other
>go to the area infront of the dumbbells
>one of them tries to...

What kind of preworkout supplement do you guys use?
Do we have any good shills on right now who can inform me of the best products available on the market?
Place the bottom of you palm where your clavicle starts inward. See marking on picture.
If ur hands are equal or larger than your clavicle, you will forever be unattractive and never make it. You are forever doomed to unaesthetic proportions and lack of mass. It's a far better predictor of gains than wrist size.
I have the HEIGHT clocking in at a nice 6'0 at only 18 years old with some more room to grow (dad was 6'4, grandpa was 6'6)
I have the FRAME with my broad shoulders evenly proportioned limbs, small hips
but i lack the most important one of all
im ugly as fuck and would trade my HEIGHT and FRAME for it any day
where were you when HEIGHT FACE FRAME guy was right
Why you have this girl saved on your computer?
I bet this photo was take like 5 years ago, and if you saw her today, she'd look like shes 47.
Women on average age like shit, and this one in particular looks like shes definitely going to age like shit because it's already started.
Hey, /b, fat grill here; wanna see my ass?
> I got 10 000 comments on /fit/ with the same substance as all the other posters that day
What ur body will look like when u can bench 2 plate, and ohp 1 pl8 for 5
Depends on your genetics. Some people look like shit after those numbers and some people look fucking amazing.
Found none in he catalog.
My question: I did some blood test a few days ago, and everything is fortunately alright, with the exception of hemoglobin. It's 13.6 g/dl when it should be between 14 and 18 g/dl. That's not a huge deficit, and all other stuff that points to a lack of iron or whatever are just fine.
So, what can I do to make my body produce more hemoglobin?
Normal values vary between laboratories. You are within the reference value I'm familiar with.
Concentrations of stuff in your blood varies depending on your hydration level. Dehydrate yourself to elevate hemoglobin if you want.
You could also move to a higher altitude, do a ton of HIIT or take EPO. Or tap blood and hemoconcentrate it and infuse it back in your veins.
What went wrong /fit/ ?
Also ITT: facial aesthetics.
>Which race has the best facial aesthetics
Oh boy here we go
>5 days later gf breaks up with me over fucking text
>haven't lifted in 3 weeks
How do I get back on track?
