Here's what my diet usually looks like
Breakfast: scoop of creatine and an orange
Lunch: 1 cup of rice, 1 cup of black eyed peas, 2 hard boiled eggs
Post workout: 2 scoops cmon
Dinner: anywhere from 200-350 grams of chicken breast, one cup rice/mixed veggies depending on the day

I lift/run 6x times a week and I'm quite fit, not a beginner or a fatass.
Simply speaking, I love bacon and it's a decent source of additional calories and proteins.

I doubt that, all anyone does these days is go on internet. Shit even my mum who never use to like technology and would always be outside of the house in the garden, or reading a book or playing tennis or something...shes home all the time now, always in-front of a screen, worse than what I was like as a kid with video games.

Burn more calories than you consume. How fast depends on how fat you are and how hard you diet. Consider using yohimbine or clen to mobilize the fat in your love handles if it's particularly stubborn.
Learn to do research, and quit being fat.

My old roommate used to do that. He'd literally just walk into the gym like he owned the place. He'd go up to the front counter and bullshit the clerk like there was something wrong with their computer system. He even brought 2-3 of us with him a few times. He's been doing it for like 2-3 years lmao
