Been stuck at the same bench 160 5x5 for 3 months with no progress of going up, i weigh 152 and eat 2500,3000 cals a day and cant seem to grow is this a problem of not eating enough? Or should i switch to higher reps low weight. Tips appreciated thanks bros

What is your protein intake like? How are you sleeping? How is your form and mobility? How often are you training?
On cursory info, I'd say drop the weight 10-15% and switch to 3x5 and see if that helps. Otherwise re-evaluate the other pieces mentioned above
Step away from flat bench for a while. Pick another main pressing movement - hammer bench, dumbells, dips, incline, whatever and use it as a falt bench alternative for a few months. Incorporate more fly movements into your chest workout to compensate for the lower volume. Also work on ancillary muscles - front delt and tris.
You only weigh 150... 3,000 cals a day is plenty. It's realistically more than you need. Unless your macros are ass, the problem isn't your diet.
Get more sleep.
120 +protein usually 2 50g shakes a day plus food, form is good use mark bell advice, mobilty is fine . I also notice my deadlift is very weak compared to my bench and squat could this be a back issue

What kind of pain is it? If it's a sharp pain check to see if you fucked something up while lifting. If it's a warm dull pain then it just sounds like your really sore. Take a hot bath and try to relax. Remember, it is a good pain battle brother.

Been lifting for about 9 months, all my muscles have developed a fair bit (I've gained about 3-4 kg), but my abs are almost non-existent, i have a line down the middle and the top 2 are visible, that's it. I read here that ab training is not necessary, that you just need to have a low bf%, but I'm starting to think that I have abnormally underdeveloped abdominals or something, so what exercises should I incorporate into my routine? How do you do ab training?

/fit/, since close to a year, bulking has been a nightmare to me. I shit twice a day, and it often looks like pic related(not mine but found on Google). I also have constant gas and my farts rarely stink. It is also hard to hold the shit in.
My father had ulcerative colitis, but I had a rectoscopy performed 6 months ago and they found nothing. Now I am suspecting Crohn's, but from what I see from the internet shit like this is caused by parasites.

Those guys could probably do chest and shoulders training to improve their strength in the water, but why bother since they got drugs and that physique is 'toned and attractive' to most people.

Anyone here try Pavel's Power to the People routine? It seems really basic and minimalist, which appeals to me. Its pretty simple as described below:
Workout five days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Every workout is the same. Workouts take about 25 minutes and consist of only two exercises; the deadlift and a press variant (OHP, military press, etc).
