Are there really any fit/muscular men here who have difficulties getting a girl ?

why are most people on this board obsessed with gains and weight lifting and not cardio exercises? aerobic exercise > weight lifting. weight lifting is for ugly people who need to compensate for their unattractive faces with 'ripped' bodies. cardio exercises have far more health benefits, this is indisputable. also, if you have a reasonably attractive (not hideous) face and a slim build you can easily get laid (assuming you are not an aspie)

Hey /fit/ my girl wants to lose some weight , but has a job that consumes her time , but the weekend she's willing to go to the gym . I'm a horrible teacher , so any advice on weekend warrior work outs ? Diet wise she's flexible, she'll eat most anything.

Are bicep curls a waste of time
nah man, they're solid.
wont get to 18'' arms without them
but yeah focus on triceps more
they're a waste if you go more than 1 exercise for the biceps though, just stick to normal curls 3x8-12 or whatever you like.
