Boys, the end is nigh
HAES is now publishing and the normalization of obesity has begun.
You will watch the pole dancing and you WILL like it.
Define publish. Is this some kickstarted crowdfunded bullshit? Cause no one cares. But if I'm going to start seeing this shit at the check out when I'm buying groceries, then panic.
Hey guys, current body thread?
I'm open to constructive critisism, but dont shitpost
>man tits have disappeared
>gut fat has disappeared
>face fat almost completely gone
>ankle fat gone
>thick thighs still there
This is the worst life
I'm the same. Upper body is really lean but my lower body is really thick
So anyone on /fit/ is going stanza? i mean my hair is thinning since my father is bald but iv also been reading that supplements such as creatien or even whey isolate can accelerate shedding. anyone has a story or experience on this?
How do I get rid of babyface, /fit/? Beard didn't help.
Or portion control?
IIFYM is an eating disorder.
If you're hungry, eat. If you're not, don't. Just don't be a fat fuck.
It's really simple.
P.S This approach only works if you actually work out hard in the gym, not doing a set of curls every 5 minutes.
Should you eat before a morning workout? Or just wake up and hit the gym?
What I do is I mix a shake of BCAA and maltodextrin and bring that with me and sip it during the workout for some rapidly absorbed nutrients. I'm out the door 15 minutes after I get out of bed. Will usually take 200mg caffeine also.
I eat when I get home.
I can train fasted but I find that if I do so I can only train for 45 minutes or so before I start feeling the effects of low blood sugar.
I assume most of you guys want to show off your hard worked abs instead of hiding them, right?
Question for you all.
What music do you listen to when lifting or working out in general? I'm gonna start running again soon, and I need some good tunes to listen to.
I find it easier to push things further when I listen to podcasts than music, I pay more attention to the discussion than running. Find a topic you enjoy or you can learn something new at the same times for brain gains. Stuff you should know is comfy.
are push ups a meme or are they legit?
if i do hundreds of push ups a day will i see results?
I started doing 100 push ups a day about 2 years before I started lifting and I was a chubby teenager and when I started lifting I was much more in shape and found myself to have much more pace and my arms got huge so yeah its not a meme kek
ITT: discuss fruit
I eat like 5 pieces of raw fruit daily.
Friends keep bitching at me about the sugar content and shit.
>tfw lost my virginity last night
Shit was so cash, we hit it off in the club and she felt my biceps. Went back to her place and fucked her like a beast. I grabbed her hair and fucked deep and came inside because she's on the pill.
Fuck all you faggots, being /fit/ gets you laid.
Am I small? I measured it and it's 38 inches. My t-shirts are M 38 and they fit me fine. I'm 5'9. I used to wear S 36. Can I be 43 in a future? If not. I'll commit sudoku I don't want to be small forever
/FIT/ , what is your experience on training body part everyday?
>pic related Sandow
>trains his arms and shoulders everyday
I took up bodybuilding for a few months with two of my mates, i followed a slightly modified routine from arnies book. I have a really shit chest so i wasn't training it everyday but i was hitting it three times a week, i didn't get awesome results but my chest really did start to fill out more.
I got better results for my quads though hehe
Yes I know i made other threads, but I need an answer for this 1 question.
I am 5'7 90kg in this pic, 4 years lifting. It's obvious that I've failed, over-bulked, and not achieved the strength gains I should have achieved. Now here's my question.
Should I just cut down to say, stop worrying about my current shitty progress, cut down 65kg or so, and start again on a fresh clean slate?
