Sorry I meant gyno reduction pills like pic related. People say it works, but they also say that about natural test booster pills and I know those don't work so idk if I should try these gyno reduction pills or just get the surgery.

ive been lifting for some months now and recently started boxing. my boxing trainer told me that strength training + bulking combined with boxing is a pretty shit idea cuz boxing is basically 2 hours of cardio (cord jumping, shadow boxing, etc.) 3 times a week.
Is he right? Will boxing slow my lifting progress significantly ?

What is your favourite muscle group to train with your bodyweight, and which movements do you love to do?
I do a good bit of bodyweight stuff, doing a PHAT type routine but i'll add in 3x10 chins and 3x10 pullups on upper body day, dips drop sets, dedicated abs on "off" day - dragon flags, toes-to-bar, windshield wipers. Toes-to-bar or close grip pullups are probably my favorite, i fucking hate the front lever progression i'm working on right now. I just suck at it.
Yes, because I rekt my knee with improper squat technique. Would recommend bodyweight fitness to anyone who wants to get strong or reasonably fit.
In my opinion everyone should start with bodyweight (unless they're impatient, which most people are). Lifting is awesome but bodyweight is everything I need.
My favourite movement is the pullup on rings, hopefully should be able to do a pullover sometime in the future.

I've been long depressed and physically unfit. Im 1,89m and I weigh around 90kg. I want to change my routine of just going home, being at my pc and doing nothing at all.
I want to learn how to box, because the sport is fucking exciting and I heard its pretty heavy, but really fun.
I think learning a sport will get me motivated to work out in general, because I have a purpose then.

Yes it's amazing what a hospital stay and surgery can do to you. My dad's friend went through chemo and hasn't been able to eat very well because his throat is all scarred up from the drugs, so he went from a hefty 240 to a tiny 140 at 6' in the span of a year.

once you stop training, eating and injecting your ass with 5000$ of hormones a month you become a regular guy once again
