Seems like there are a lot of threads are on here about strong lifts. Come in here and talk about how you are progressing and feel free to ask questions.
Are you more jacked than your father?
'Sup guys, I'm wanna start a PPL routine, which is the best one for mass? Been lifting on and off for about 2 years. Is coolcicada's routine any good?
I ran coolcicada's PPL with deadlifts on back day for about six months. I got decent size gainz going from a beginner (used to be on bad brosplit, so I had a year of bad lifting) to what I am now.
lmao4pl8 squat, lmao5pl8 diddly, and lmao 3.5pl8 bench.
His routine will make your bench way stronger than everything else. It took a lot of dedication to get the squat higher than my bench.
This is what I've been doing the last 3 months and I works out pretty good..
I only care for strength in my bench, squat, DL and pull-ups.
The thing about this program that I like is that if I miss a day, then I just start from where I left.
So I'm trying to do ABCDEFx but sometimes things comes up and then you just take a rest day whenever there is need for it
>tfw start session at the Gym
>beginning to resemble my ancestors with every rep
>the strength of Thor, Ares and Mars courses through my gains.
>Knock out another session for Mother Europe
>Flexing my noble European form in the mirror
>A runaway refugee dares to mock me
>I turn my face (my hair flowing as I do so) and stare this fat manlet down

>number of pull ups you can do
Is it true anime increases gains?
> Going for Strength & Aesthetics
> Almost Intermediate (1/2/2/3 for 3x5)
> Slow bulking from 205 lbs - 220 lbs
Will this routine work?
DON'T MAKE YOUR OWN PROGRAM IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING DON'T MAKE YOUR OWN PROGRAM IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING DON'T MAKE YOUR OWN PROGRAM IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING
Took SS as far as I could, and most intediate programs are shit. I need a routine that works for my needs. Link me a better one that won't have me doing % of my maxes, or hard and easy days, or all Squats
My gf want to not eat for 3 days and only drink water and tea. Please give me advice on how to convince her this is a bad idea, and why she should stop.
Any downside to putting my creatine into my shake? Its just protein, 2% and a banana. I heard it would have a shitty creatine aftertaste though.
Anyone here have success with girls despite being ugly?
>tfw have the height
>tfw mouth breathing fucked the whole face
To keep it /fit/ related. Which lift burns the most fat? Assuming caloric deficit in place.
if anyone here is serious about actually getting good with girls you should buy/pirate his new book. it literally with have everything you need
I have really tight calves/hamstrings and it hurts to do forward bends and any movement without bending my knees, especially on my right leg. What can I do to fix this /fit/?
I would like to know why, on a board titled 'Fitness' which also correlates with health, would BAN me for ''''''trolling''''' because I posted statistical facts, studies, and Doctors that all agree meat is a cancerous substance that pollutes the environment, your body, and your health. Mods. Please tell me.
Mean while. Threads of naked mens assholes are posted throughout the day and they aren't deleted, and threads about 'having no gf' don't get deleted. But when an ACTUAL health and...

Because vegikucking is a may may, and you're trying too hard to force something that wiII never happen. The majority is, and aIways wiII be meat eating carnivore humans.
You'II accept that.
Alright OP, here's your chance to convert somebody.
I'm going to start a garden very soon, and I'm not sure what to plant. I would prefer to have fruit instead, but fruit grows on trees and those take many many years.
What are some things that I can plant soon that will not taste like ass and keep me as healthy as someone who eats meat?
Is meat required for infants?
Are meats required for teens?adults?old people?
Children are humans too. They're people too so yes ask yourself this: is meat required for you? However you choose to answer that question that is the same answer to the question you've asked
To be heaIthy, it's required to eat meat at aII points of Iife, otherwise you're just doing damage to the body and setting it back.
lt's been proven time and time again, human carnivores require it to properIy grow and sustain heaIth.
Sounds like a normie thread but Im looking into some protips to get me started on my workout endeavor to get in shape before college.
I have little to no experience in the /fit/ world so use terminology that a retard could understand.
Diet is far more important than lifting will ever be. Know that lifting is important but diet is more important. Looking good is 20% working out and 80% diet. You won't get stronger if you aren't consistently eating enough and getting enough protein EVERY DAY. Take it from someone who wasted three years before finally getting his diet in check.
It's (at least) 90% diet
Don't waste time with:
> machines and gadgets
> "ab work"
> assistance lifts for tiny muscles
I don't need as many rest days as I thought I did.
What you want to do is strength training, not bodybuilding.
