Is being skinny worse than being fat? I'm a skeletor who's 6 feet tall and weighs 136 pounds. It's so shit being skinny. I've been lifting for a few months now but it feels like my body just doesn't want to gain anything. Not muscle, not even fat. My metabolism is Lamborghini fast. What do I do?

Fat is an indicator of poor health.
People who had good health have had an evolutionary advantage in the past
Therefore we evolved to find generally the absence of fat attractive
Both males and females are attracted to low body fat (there are studies to support this) and it has to do with evolution.Low body fat is most visible in the facial area, as your body is covered up almost every time you're in public. Bottom line is low body fat = being more attractive.

Anyways I went out friday night and I'm not gonna lie I had a shitload to drink. Like way too much it's not even funny. We're talking, in total, 1L of 40% vodka, shots and 5 beers. In like 6 hours or so.
Anyways, it's not monday morning and I'm still hungover. I've never been hungover for more than a day before, and I'm only 19 so my hangovers don't really ever tend to be that bad.
Should I be worried?

It doesn't help if you have a naturally high appetite and eat a lot calories. It's not some magic pill that will just let you do whatever you want. You still need to diet just as autistically as you normally would if not taking it, only difference you get slightly better results by being on it (so long as you're still doing everything else right with your diet).

My question is, should I bulk or cut right now? I've heard that basic training will make you lose (fat) weight like crazy, but I also wanna look good.
Your going be In better shape than half of your peers. Yes. Even for a combat arms Mos at Benning. I would go with bulk. The only way to get enough protein at basic is to load up on cottage cheese at the dfac and for that your going to need at least 2 other guys willing to trade you there side portions.

I can bench press more than I'm able to get into position. Yesterday I had to lift the barbell onto the edge of my knees and roll it along my body (including over my dick) just to get it to my chest to begin. How do I fix this?
