i have been lifting for about a year now and have seen some fantastic noobgainz, but now that my body is asking for more food and can't keep up. I should be eating around 3500 cal per day, but i cant even stomach food any more. As a result I am feeling weak all the time since I am eating about 1500 cals per day. How do you guys do it? any advice?

Everytime I walk my right knee clicks and pops. No pain at all. Just uncomfortable. Feels like when you crack your knuckles but it's in my knee and it happens every other step.
Just started to happen to me yesterday and it hasn't gotten better or worse today.
Today is legs day, should I skip and see if the clicking stops or just work through it since there is no pain?
Not sure if this has an impact but I recently changed me squat stance to a wider stance because I read starting strength said that is the best stance because it incorporates the adductors

I recently found out I have a medical condition, and I have to cold turkey stop consuming milk, cheese, butter, meats and cease smoking/alcohol. I woke up this morning with a sore left trap muscle. Not DOMS pain though, it feels like its been pulled/strained or something. Ive had this pain before a few times in the same place, its familiar to me.
Have I injured myself in my sleep somehow? Or was this something that happened yesterday and it takes a day for the pain to arrive or something? My gran passed away last week and we were clearing out her flat yesterday, I lifted a lot of heavy furniture/boxes at weird angles to get them down the stairs. It could've been that?

Sticky means you can't target areas with exercise. Yohimbine works, but it's far more subtle than the product page would have you believe. It's a waste of money unless you're already at near-minimum bodyfat.
