your jeans are too big. They're baggy and their break (the part at the bottom where they start to bunch up) does not make an attractive silhouette. Look up "how pants should fit" on google to resolve that.
Is that a hooded jacket? It looks kinda cheap from here imo. Check the way the shoulders on your jacket extend past your own. If you wanna wear something that doesn't cost too much $$$ consider wearing milsurp. What is it about a drawing or theater class that attracts unstylish people. Of course there are exceptions but for the most part they just don't care or wear cringey outfits that they think looks good.
