Honestly, my rhinoplasty was the best money I've ever spent. No one else gave a shit but me for the most part, but it made it so I could talk to people comfortably without always wondering if they were thinking about my nose.
If you have a lot of disposable income, maybe go for it. If not, wait and you may get over it anyway. We accept our flaws more over time.

If you are outside the bounds of a normal silhouette, fitting within that is key if you want to get into fashion. Designers and nice brands do not necessarily work outside that.

Exercise should help, but you're not that fat for your height. So i'm not sure desu.
You cannot lose fat in a certain area, you have to reduce your overall bodyfat %.
Exercise will help however you may have a tubby face genetically, I've noticed peoples faces can change a lot after lifting weights
