You're a dumbass actually take diet advice from /thinspo/ threads. if you want to lose weight fast your best option is the protein sparing modified fast. Just google it. 400 is too low to be sustainable for any length of time and will lead to binging. I dont 'care how iron your will is. Better to do a manageable deficit that will still get you where you want without being so depleted and weak you can't focus or walk up stairs without getting exhausted.

I bought a bag like that from Urban Outfitters a few years ago.
That style is very uncomfortable to me, unless the bag is completely full. If you just have a few items (laptop, a couple of books) it won't hang the way you probably imagine it will (assuming that's something you've thought about)
I would suggest going to REI and finding a small day pack with an internal frame.
Not sure if pic related are still being made, since I got mine on clearance, but I've been very happy with it due to the minimalistic design / small size (22L) and structural integrity.

The way it hangs is actually something I've been considering. They do seem like they'd be really droopy/saggy if there aren't many things in them. You're right that what you posted is probably better in terms of comfort but it doesn't really have the aesthetic I'm looking for.
