i always tie my shoes like this: lace a bow normally but pull the lace ends all the way to the bow, making the "ears" as big as possible. i take the "ears", fold one, wrap the other around , n pull. i think its a granny knot

Are there any ways to increase the definition and size of cheekbones. Also, can you increase the definition of your jaw? Is it just a matter of getting to single digit BF%?
I think atm, I'm about a 7.5, but could be more of a 8.5-9 if my cheekbones were more prominent. They are in there, I think my face is a bit fat.
