I recently got a new power supply for my desktop and took out the old one, put in the new one, and plugged in the cables and my computer won't start, YouTube any Google didn't help, any suggestions please?

1 Remove power supply from computer
2 Make sure that the power supply is switched on
3 Make sure that the input voltage switch is on the correct setting
4 Connect green cord with a black cord (pic related)
5 Nothing? Repeat steps. Still nothing? Dead psu
