I can't find a model for it so I guess your best bet would be to create a model by yourself.
(sketchup, autoCAD or something else) and then get it printed. Then you can use your own dice molds.

Self printed/made dice are almost never fair.
This is why dice are way more expensive than their material costs

If you really want to, you can make your own molds from existing dice with silicone, plaster of Paris, or another mold-making material.

Probably cheaper and faster to just order some cheap dice from where ever and go with that.
