Was painting for about 4 hours yesterday in quite a poorly ventilated space
Today I have a fucking terrible headache. How long should I expect this to last, and how can I get rid of it sooner?

I used low odor mineral spirits in a poorly ventilated space for a long time.
I eventually got to the point I was having a real bad headache and nausea. Got dizzy as fuck.
The lightheadedness lasted like 3 days. Not sure what kind of degenerate would actually huff this stuff to get that sort of terrible high.
