I make mine out of old plastic bags, an ex girlfriend's t-shirt, and a balloon for the face. At some point I purchased a run of the mill women's hair wig to put on the replica's head. Made if much more lifelike.

I haven't tried this myself but if you're into adult stuff then you could easily buy a box of nitride gloves and stuff 1 glove in the crotch area fingers pointed inward, and use staples to keep it in place. Then you can use it and easily replace the entire unit with a new nitride glove. It will save a ton and feel great. I haven't tried it myself though it's just a theory.
