Is there any possible way I could fix this?

you're gonna need to buy a new plug and solder it on anon. it's the only way. it'll cost you like $2 but you gotta find someone who can solder it up if you can't. it's a simple job

If you have to ask then it's beyond your skill level.

OP, get a less shitty plug than the one in this pic. Unless you want the same thing to happen again, that is.

irregardless

A plug is a plug. I've ripped numerous cables and had them wear out on me, shitty Chinese ones have sizing issues. But generally it doesn't fucking matter. OP doesn't have some 500 dollar headphones here. Hell, buying a soldering iron, solder and a new plug will probably cost more then those plastic headphones.

nah those headcans are ~$150 and worth fixing imho. getting a cheep walmart/radio shack soldering iron, solder, and a "so you want to learn to solder" brochure is like $30

Yes, that's a good one. Get one of these, OP, and have a real adult solder it on if you don't know how.
I would bot like to disclose my age but, I will attempt to solder myself and will doccument if succesful I will post again about it.

opea if you don't know how don't just try. ask around, it's a common skill. someone can do it for you in like 10mins
>>972131
True but it is a skill I would like to aquire.

it is very useful and not altogether tricky. just takes a little practice. there are tons of youtube tutorials.

Take this sage advice and don't start on soldering a headphone jack. They can be tricky to solder without melting internal insulation, especially if you've never soldered before. If you want to learn to solder, get some scrap wires to solder together into ugly-ass sculptures, then get some simple electronic project kits and assemble those. Meanwhile, if you want to use your headphones, get someone else to fix them. He could maybe even teach you to solder while he's at it.

whats wrong with those plugs?
