I have a ton of citric acid powder(250 grams) just half a teaspoon of this stuff can make a pie inedible.
What can I do with it? Preferably something sciency.
I was going to make gummy candy, but I still don't have the hang of boiling sugars.

Just buy enough baking soda and mix accordingly with just a teensy bit of essential oil.
Or pack with sugar and flavouring and make yourself drink fizz pills.
Or, just ask someone to look really closely and then throw it in their eyes. The possibilities are endless really.
