hi /diy/ , can you all give me some light about transistors? got many problems with one, pic related, not sure about how order it because i dont know what it is. It´s used in a circuit with a piezo to amplify a cello, thanks in advance.

the type, i`ve been searching and it seems the code is not complete, maybe a japanese standard or something like that, i need to replace it but i dont know how to ask for it.

If it were a Japanese transistor, the type number would be 2SK168. Which is a JFET, which is easy to verify, assuming it isn't broken.
