Is there a way to hang something heavy without making holes in the ceiling?
Why? Looking to end it all but don't want to lose you're security deposit?

It's pretty cheap and easy to fill holes as long as it isn't a popcorn ceiling.

No.
Hanging something heavy is going to involve damaging the ceiling. Adhesives that are strong enough to hold a large weight will damage the ceiling. You're going to have to drill some holes.
I suppose you could cut through the floor above and mount some powerful magnets directly above the ceiling if you wanted a cheeky solution.

If you can get into the attic, big magnets. It's not going to be cheap or easy, though.

You can hang yourself from this

Been watching ufc wants a punch bag lol.
Compression poles.
A friend of mine "hung" a home theater projector by making a near-ceiling shelf between two compression poles.

The entire point of a popcorn ceiling is to be cheap and easy to fix/finish.
