Would it be possible to rebuid a keybord so it only has AWSD and spacebar? It would be nice to have these seperate and aviable to my left hand.
I'm fairly handy, but haven't tried anything like that. Is it possible?
Just reassign the space bar

Can you explain it to me again. You need to use only 5 keys or what ??

somebody already invented this.
Use a controller in your left hand and the mouse to aim.
Ben Heck is a great mind who started out making controllers for injured war veterans. Check out his shit. I'm not saying pick one up or anything, but you could definitely draw some inspiration from his work.

Nice boobs OP.
Also, use joy2key
>dissasemble keyboard
>find if WASD share a common wire.
>if not, just use 4 other keys with a common wire and remap on game.
>rings of wire/other conductive metal on pinky/ring/middle/index finger, every one connected to WASD 1st wire.
>ring of wire/other conductive metal on thumb, connected to common wire.
>whenever you touch one of your fingers with your thumb it will activate the key.
>do a pedal for backspace.
