What should I like the interior of this case with?
I'm building a briefcase desktop, figured the foam lining would raise my temps too high, so I stripped it out. Only problem is that plain wood looks too shoddy.
Looking for something metallic, preferably cheap. Would aluminum do well being cut, drilled, etc? Or should I shoot for something better.
Cool clock, Ahmed!

How well does it deal with heat though?
I'd hate to have parts get ruined from poor heating.
How about a roll away luggage with a retractable handle? I think it would be better to just 3D print the case that goes around the PSU and add it to the luggage. Making it out of wood could make it look nice but it would be tacky and be way heavier than it has to be. If you make the case from ABS or PLA plastic, you can make it so you don't have to use foam to keep the components in place. You can line some thin aluminum plates inside the case to reinforce the structure if you need to.
But yeah, if you own or have access to a 3D printer, then it's better if you 3D print the case.
