Do you know what the hell happen to this monitor and if i can

I doubt its a ribbon cable. they dont move around and most likely wont cause that... it looks like the video board is going bad... i would check it for bad capacitors... other than that, shitcan it and get a new one

its just these things arent really repairable... you can searc ebay for a new video board but by the time you replace parts its not worth it.. I mean that thing has only 2 major parts. the LCD screen and the driver board.

these things are made to be "disposable"
