Open it there is some metal wheels that are driven by a rubber band, replace if missing or damaged
Old tape decks are almost always missing belts. Replace them. Old ones may be present but loose.
Those things only work one way. Go to a flea market and get a couple of a similar era and start butchering them and replacing parts until you get one that works.

Only a handful of companies in the world ever made consumer electronics, everyone else just rebranded. Go to a flea market and get a few of a similar era and start butchering them. You'll find the right screw eventually. Probably on the first try.
